REFUNDS

Refunds

Effective 7 November 2026

What you pay

A top-up is credit you can use. A new card, a shared card, and a replacement are each $1.75, taken from your balance. Tax on a top-up is added by Stripe at checkout and is not part of the balance. Credit stays on the balance until it is used. It does not expire.

Unused credit

You can ask for the unused balance to be refunded to the original payment method. The refund is the amount still on the balance. Data that has already been used is not refunded. A package is credit on the same balance, so only the unused remainder can be refunded.

Issuance fee

The $1.75 fee is taken from your balance. It is returned to that balance if the card is never issued. After the QR code, activation code, or ICCID has been shown, the fee is not returned. Later top-ups do not charge that fee again. A shared card and a replacement are the same $1.75. A replacement fee is returned only if the new card is never issued. Once the new card is issued, the previous card is switched off and its unused balance moves to the new card.

If credit is not added

If a payment succeeds and the balance is not added to your account, the payment is refunded. You do not need to use the credit first.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the email on your account and include the payment date and the amount. When a refund is approved, that amount is removed from the balance and sent back to the original payment method. Tax collected at checkout is settled on that original charge.

What we cannot undo

Usage already drawn from the balance cannot be put back. A line that has been installed can still have its unused balance refunded. The refund does not restore data that has already been used.
