How it works
Your balance
Each account has its own balance. A new card, a shared card, and a replacement are each $1.75, paid from that balance. Top up the amount you want to use. You cannot spend more than the amount you topped up.
Packages
A package is 1, 3, 5, 10, or 20 GB. The price is the destination's current per-GB rate times that allowance, and that price is the credit added to your balance. If you do not buy a package, data from the same balance is billed as you go.
1. Top up
Log in, then add credit. Buying a card is separate and happens from the balance page. Later top-ups add only the amount you can use.
2. Install
Scan the QR code with the phone camera, or open the direct install link on iPhone. Turn on data roaming for this line.
3. Go online
On arrival, set this line as cellular data and turn on data roaming. Your original SIM can stay in the phone for calls. If the line is installed but there is no data, set the APN to one of: globaldata, internet, ispplus, orange, orange.fr. No username or password.
4. Billing
With a package, data is drawn from that package credit. Without a package, usage is pay as you go at the local per-GB rate, down to the kilobyte. Either way, spending stops when your balance hits zero.
